Return & Exchange Policy
At ZOA Jewelry, we want you to feel confident when choosing our natural crystals and crystal bead bracelets. Each crystal bracelet is made with natural stones, so slight differences in color, texture, clarity, bead pattern, and natural inclusions may naturally occur.
These natural variations are part of the beauty of genuine crystals and are not considered defects.
Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Items must be free from perfume, lotion, stains, scratches, or signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or worn bracelets, custom or personalized items, or products damaged by improper use, pulling, dropping, water exposure, chemicals, or personal handling.
Please note that natural differences in crystal color, texture, inclusions, clarity, or bead patterns are normal for natural crystals and are not considered product defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
